Do you celebrate 1/2 birthdays? If so, how?

So, I was wondering. How do all of you handle half-birthdays with your children, or do you "handle" them at all? Yesterday, my oldest, Noah, turned 12 and 1/2! He is on the downhill side of being a teenager...yep..13! Amazing!
