Ephesians 2- Part 2

Study and learn. Be changed.  Ephesians 2 Made Alive in Christ 1 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3 All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not

She stayed! John-Michael prays

Posted by Picasa  It is the time of year when birds are flocking back to Georgia.   I saw this pretty girl a few weeks ago and was so excited to have several sightings of her this week....in my backyard!  She stayed!  She is nesting somewhere close by.  I have seen her pick up twigs, pits of paper, etc... to carry to her nest.

She has partial leucisim or partial albino.    These birds are rare because they are very noticeable to prey.    These beautiful birds lack their natural colors that would normally protect them from the energy of our sun, keep them safe from inquisitive humans and predators, and  sometimes prevent them from being accepted as a member of their own social group. It isn't uncommon for the parents of baby birds with leucisim will sometimes shy away from their offspring if they’re too far off their "normal" appearance. Once an albino robin begins to appear “different,” the parents will often try to avoid it. The albino bird, on the other hand, doesn’t realize that it’s different and keeps trying to join the group.    All the more...why I think it is amazing... an adult female with partial leucisim... made it into adulthood...and HAS A REGULAR ROBIN as her mate.   I've have seen them together a good bit.   Hopefully, her babies will look like him... just for their safety.... I think she is MUCH more beautiful than an average robin!
John-Michael was able to see Trudy again. He prayed that God would give her bat ears since her eyes didn't work!   He loves her... a few post back you can read more about her.  I am so thankful for his tender heart..and his love of animals...
